The golden word is: “Worrying is disbelieving in God”.

 

99% of the people believe God and they are called theists. Only 1% doesn’t believe the Almighty God and they are known as “atheists”.

 

But out of the 99% theists, how many sincerely have immense faith in that “Super power-God”.

 

It is observed, when people are asked to chose either God or money, most of them give their preference to money. The main reason is, men want immediate results and many find it difficult to have patience.

 

Science and technology are doing wonderful jobs and also unbelievable things. More over, media and marketing field are also trying their level best to impress the public that “without money the life is miserable”.

 

We have to remember one thing: “God created man and in turn, man created money (for his convenience) and he became slave to that money”. Even though it is painful to agree this fact (but often truth is hard and difficult to grasp), money is playing dominating role (compared to God) in our daily activities.

 

It is also well quoted in the Holy Bible: “That you can’t serve two masters at the same time: either you have to serve God or the money”.

 

God is beyond ordinary human conception and is above this mundane world. God is one and you may call Him by any name and He will take care of you.

 

You may follow any faith or religion (and the meaning of the word religion is “belief”). God sees your heart and not your status in the society, (man sees exactly the opposite side). Only a true devote who has deepest faith in God, doesn’t give importance to money.

 

The following are the most important “12 qualities of a true devotee” (irrespective of the religion, he believes in).

 

• He sees God in every being, living in this universe which is created by the “Almighty God”.

 

• Abhors violence

 

• Loves others as himself sincerely

 

• Never display anger and scolds none.

 

• Never smokes tobacco and drinks alcohol and other drugs like-marijuana, heroin, etc.

 

• Never hates people of other beliefs.

 

• He never takes from and also gives bribes to any-body and does his job sincerely as God’s work.

 

• Never indulges in illegal sexual contacts (adultery).

 

• Never indulges in gambling of any sort.

 

• Regularly visits places of worship of his choice

 

• Never see movies or watches T.V. programmers containing sexy scenes and sees only spiritual movies or programmers.

  

 

Tirumala: The famous Hindu shrine in south India, the abode of Lord Venkateswara (Bhagavan Balaji), situated on the top of the seven hills at a place called Tirupati.

 

The holiness (sanctity) is strictly observed by one and all. Here you will not find any non-vegetarian hotels and the custom followed is the only “vegetarian food” has to be taken by the devotees.

 

The temple authorities also do not permit even routine TV programmers and allows only spiritual programmers to be shown on their TV net work.

 

A simple acid test for spirituality being observed by the people:

 

Take a small note book and note down starting from 8 am (in the morning) till 8pm (in the night), as how many times you heard the word “God” and the word “money” from the people you meet on that day and do like this for three o four days and count the number of both words and see yourself the difference.
